Wonderful and clean place with nice staff at explaining directions to the hotel. Excellent, absolutely fantastic breakfast with espresso, had appetising food.

I really enjoyed accommodating and very courteous employees!
Had great and incredible location to ferry ports, next to a grand showpiece square. The breakfast was tasty and amazing and you could try fresh fruit, cakes and bacon etc.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, only a 5-minute walk from San Marcos Square and the vaporatto stop, with many restaurants, outdoor cafes, and shops nearby. The rooms were small but clean and had all the basic amenities one would need. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning, with a good selection of choice coffee.
All in all, everything was just great at this hotel.

This hotel in a small quiet square in the city center of Venice exceeded my expectations. The rooms, decorated in a subtle Venetian style, were cozy and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom and the attention to detail in the furnishings. The location, with a colorful Gondolier station nearby, was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided included delicious espresso, which was a great way to start the day.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

The property's location is great and fantastic, really close to the canal where the gondolas glide past and beautiful venice and the Piazza San Marco and water transportation stop. San Marco is a district that deserves exploring.
